We want you to love your look, but if a product doesn't spark joy, we offer free returns and exchanges on all gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that individual items from bundles or sets cannot be returned separately.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.
Pack Your Magic
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
